Searching ?

If you are searching for answers….

Then Let me Introduce You to Jesus.

God loves you and wants you to experience peace and life, in this life and the life to come—abundant and eternal. Because we are separated from God, we go our own way lacking the power and freedom that He has left for us to operate in through His very own Spirit. God sent His son Jesus to bear our sins on our behalf, on the cross, and He alone is the only way to have direct access to God, by receiving Him into our hearts and accepting the price He paid, even His own life.

“For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son,that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life.” John 3:16 (NIV)

Jesus bridges the gap between God and man. To receive not only eternal life when we die, but to live a victorious life here on earth, we must receive Him into our life, through invitation.

“For the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord.” Romans 6:23 (NIV)

“Yet to all who received him, to those who believed in his name, he gave the right to become children of God.” John 1:12 (NIV)

Because he bore the sins of mankind on Himself through the cross you can be forgiven and made pure in His sight. He, who knew no sin, took our sins now and forever so that we may stand before the Father pure and holy. We only need to acknowledge that and accept it and invite Him into our lives.

“Here I am! I stand at the door and knock. If anyone hears my voice and opens the door, I will come in and eat with him, and he with me.” Revelation 3:20 (NIV)

So, What Do you Do?

1.   Acknowledge you are lost without God and cannot save yourself.

2.   Acknowledge that Jesus is the Son of God and only through His sacrifice can you enter into Heaven.

3.   Believe His crucifixion paid for your sins and His death was in your behalf.

4.   Believe in His resurrection from the dead, and that He has paid the price already for our freedom in this life and the life to come.

5.   Give Him your life and ask Him to be your Savior and Lord.

6.   Go tell someone.

“That if you confess with your mouth, ‘Jesus is Lord,’ and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. For it is with your heart that you believe and are justified, and it is with your mouth that you confess and are saved.” Romans 10:9-10 (NIV)

You can use your own words to pray if you like. There is no formula. It is a heart thing. Just talk to Jesus. He will hear and the angels will dance when they hear you call out to Him. To help you, I have included a simple prayer:

Jesus, I recognize my need for You and that I am separated from You through my sin nature. I know, according to Your word, that the only way to God is through You, God’s Son. You paid the price on the cross for me, so that I may have eternal life with You when I die, and live the abundant life here on earth, with the help of your Spirit. I confess that You are my Lord, and believe in my heart that You were raised from the dead. I believe by faith that at this very moment I am saved and accepted and accounted as righteous before God because I stand in your righteousness, according to Your own word. Come into my spirit and life Lord Jesus! Amen

You believe by faith that you are saved and accepted into God’s kingdom through His beloved Son. You may or may not feel anything. Faith isn’t based on feeling but it is true because His word says it is true. Just believe and go tell someone.

“Now faith is the assurance (the confirmation, the title deed) of the things [we] hope for, being the proof of things [we] do not see and the conviction of their reality– faith perceiving as real fact what is not revealed to the senses.” Hebrews 11:1 (Amplified Bible)

“Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; the old has gone, the new has come!” 2 Corinthians 5:17 (NIV)

Remember: For it is with your heart that you believe and are justified, and it is with your mouth that you confess and are saved.

So, go out and share with someone you trust that you are now a full fledged child of God, saved by grace!!

Congratulations!!!!
